There is a house in Lindenwoods at the end of Polar Bear Alley that does an incredible light show at Christmas which is synchronized to music. Every year at Christmas I went with my family to Candy Cane Lane and Polar Bear Alley to see the lights. And every year the house at the end of Polar Bear Alley would amaze me. ![[The North Pole display.webp]] In January 2022 I started to research what would be required to put on a light show. I quickly became overwhelmed and didn't go too deep down the rabbit hole. At Christmas 2022 my family and I were once again standing in front of the Polar Bear Alley house enjoying the show when I commented that I wanted to try something like that. My amazing wife encouraged me to give it a try again, and in January 2023 I dove down the rabbit hole once again, and this time I went deep!! Over the next six months I installed permanent lights on my eves and created props with lights. Halloween 2023 was our trial run and it went off without a hitch!!!
